Returns (cancellation of purchase)

If the ordered product does not meet expectations, you as a consumer may return the product to us. On this page you can read how that works.
Companies have no right of return, unless this has been expressly agreed in writing in advance. As a business customer, first request permission to return the order by email.

The duration of the trial period

You have 14 days to try the products. This period starts on the day after receipt. You can invoke the trial period within those 14 days.

Appeals to the approval period

Within the trial period you can therefore rely on the legal right to return the products. You can inform us by e-mail if you wish to cancel the purchase. You can do this using the model withdrawal form ( at the bottom of our General Terms and Conditions ), but this is not necessary. From that moment you have 14 days to return the product to us.

Returns checklist

You may only return the products if;

  • You ordered the order privately, i.e. as a consumer.
  • You are within the trial period or you have invoked the right to return within the trial period (see the heading above).
  • The products are as new and have no signs of use or are dirty. If the products are damaged more than "necessary", we may charge costs.
  • Please handle the packaging with care. Many specifications are written on the packaging and the products are usually in a transparent bag. If it is not necessary, it is better not to open the packaging.
When shipping, please ensure:
  • A sturdy box or envelope as shipping packaging.
    TIP: use the box/envelope in which the products were delivered
  • Proof of purchase, such as (copy of) packing slip or invoice. This way we know who the products come from.
  • If necessary, a brief explanation written on the invoice/packing slip stating the reason for the return.
The shipment must be marked with the following on the top:
  • Our address:
    SpaceWheelz Attn: Returns Service
    PO Box 115
    1700AC Heerhugowaard
  • The sender, that is your address
  • The order/invoice number
  • Sufficient postage for shipping.
You are responsible for the return shipment and its delivery. At PostNL you can choose traceable and/or insured shipping. This way you can also check the status of your shipment yourself.

Returning the money

If you have returned the entire order, we will refund the full invoice amount, including any shipping costs paid to us.
If you do not return the entire order, we will only refund the amounts of the returned items.

We will refund the amount to your account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your shipment. We always do this in the same way as you paid us. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount via your credit card account. We may always wait with reimbursement until we have actually received the returned items or until you have provided us with proof of delivery.
